Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems organise client data, share information, and measure sales performance. The right one gives users access to all relevant details in a single place, improving client targeting, visibility and accountability. It equips our sales people with the all-round information they need to make the right decisions.

GAC has launched a new CRM system to help us win more business.

Initially, it will be available to the Group Marketing Team and other users of our existing CMS system. In Phase 2 later in the year, it will roll out to all colleagues, local, regional and global.

It will serve as a single central client database. It will integrate with the other Microsoft products we use and will be accessible via a mobile app.

Stuart Bowie, Group Vice President – Commercial, says the new system will be much more intuitive and training will be given on how to get the most out of it.
